Commissioned by the State of Texas as a Law Enforcement Officer in 1998, Marissa L. Wallace rose to the the rank of Senior Corporal in the Dallas Police Department. Her valuable experience as a DPD Patrol Officer prepared her for appointment to the force’s Central Deployment Unit. She continued her police work as a covert officer on special assignments for the DPD Vice and Criminal Intelligence units. With more than 20 years of combined law enforcement and private investigative experience, her specialty is assisting criminal, civil and corporate attorneys with preparing for trial, interviewing witnesses and gathering evidentiary materials. Marissa’s investigatory work is protected by the attorney-client privilege. Discretion is her rule and she keeps her clients’ case information privileged.

Bertriam Thomas has worked 20 years as a Texas-licensed Private Investigator, and has been with Wallace Investigations since 2010. Also, he accrued seven years of Judge Advocate General's Corps (JAG) experience while serving in the United States Army.
The foundation of Bertriam’s success is his passion for an exceptional combination of time-controlling and problem-solving proficiencies to effectively execute urgent, sensitive and complex investigations with tact and discretion, all the while maintaining the client's trust. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Project Management, Bertriam provides specialized investigative services for corporate, private and high-profile clients, plus customized security for risk management cases.
Bertriam is a licensed Private Investigator, Personal Protection Officer (level 4), LTC, Commissioned Security Officer in the State of Texas.
An investigator with Wallace Investigations since 2013, Whitney Harding brings to the firm her 25 years of experience in the mental health field, and it serves her well when she’s immersed in criminal and civil investigations. Whitney's broad background in community work and her reach into education, social services, mental health and crisis counseling (suicide) are critical tools for locating and interviewing witnesses of all ages. She’s professional in her work, yet she’s a human contact for the people she interviews. This makes the investigative process less stressful for them, and ultimately brings new information and results. Her diplomatic and discretionary skills have proven to be unmatched, whether she’s working on a person locate or a high profile criminal case.
Whitney specializes in locating and interviewing witnesses, criminal and civil investigations and covert investigations. Whitney Harding is licensed Private Investigator in the State of Texas.
Jenny H. Crandall came on board as a PI for Wallace Investigations in 2019 with a track record of success as a headhunter. Recruiting taught Jenny the essential Private Investigator’s skills of interviewing, research, evaluation, adaptability, thoroughness and planning. With these and her knowledge of psychology and critical thinking, she goes below the surface of every case, to the heart of the matter - the truth. She’s also experienced in managing forensic evidence and chain of custody, and her clients are grateful for the value she places on discretion and confidentiality. Jenny is a licensed Private Investigator in the State of Texas.
Santiago Moya had a 23-year career as an FBI Agent before joining Wallace Investigations in 2019. He retired honorably from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, where he investigated a variety of federal crimes, including transnational drug organizations, kidnappings, extortions and bank robberies. After retirement, Santiago started Moya Precision & Safety (MPS), a high level firearms training company serving civilians, military contractors and law enforcement personnel. Santiago is a licensed Private Investigator, a fluent Spanish speaker and a graduate of the FBI Surveillance School.
